Reason:He is insulting in the chat and abusing his Vip rank by gagging/muting other players when they trash talk about him.
Proof:I dont really have a visual proof but he did it in chat and other players know it as well.

Although he got banned for it before, it depends on what they said imo. He says they were shit talking him and depending on what they said it could be a valid reason to votemute imo.

I couldnt tell in which way they shit talked him because it was in the enemy team in voice chat then he came into my team and said i think like i will gag u or so
