Claiming the FREE VIP membership

Hello, today I was told by Admin that I can still claim the FREE VIP for having 150+ hours played on the server, specifically the Office server. But I can't find it anywhere ingame or on the site. So I wanted to ask where can I claim it, or if anyone can give it to me. Thanks!
