Credits not received! HELP!

I bought today for 3 € 12 tokens. I wanted to buy 2000 credits, so I did. When I bought the 10 token deducted. But I have not received the 2000 credits.  

I use the shop for a long time. Had such a mistake never. Was always satisfied until now 

I hope they can give me the 2000 credits, I really support the server with my money because I play here often. But I would like to get what I buy.
