Dm spawn protection.

Hi, 
Lately I've started playing on dm.
And IMO the spawn time is a lil long, I sometimes have to dodge bullets for ~3 seconds before the color disappear arround them. 
It isn't like a really big problem.. but it anoys the fuck out of me.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I changed it from 1 to 2 seconds since you die way too fast when you respawn.
