Hats/Masks blocking damage?

sometimes the hit registry is fucked up ("Hats/Masks blocking damage?") - and this isn't something new it is since the beginning! Definitely server-sided problems.

other topic:
there are too many cheaters on the community ~ there could be a voting every week on the top 10 players on each server (bhop not included)

The hats/masks are definitely not blocking damage, the reason it doesn't hit is probably because the hitbox is the normal head hitbox and not as big as the size of the hat people are wearing.
And what do you mean with a vote every week on the top 10? Can you elaborate that?

Top 10 players is by how well you play (although its a bit broke as I lost my top spot with the highest kd on retakes 2 (

It is not only how good you are, also the amount you play, you can always get positive points but just not play enough
