I'm now guarding for a day and it's unbelievable how unrespectful the community is.
I warn players to read the rules. But they just ignore it and say unsightly things in the voicechat.
I was today almost 10 hours on the server and was very often insulted.
It can not be that the people behave with each other like this.
I speak in a normal, friendly tone.
The day was very hard for me and I had very  headaches.
I have tried my best as guard and will continue it but the amount of players alone to cope is difficult.
Is a small feedback to my first day as guard.

I do it    but i wanna play and i can't muted all the time and writing in chat, it was a really hard day Try my best in future.

Just don't be that push over guard and don't be that boring one either. Be chill and if somebody is pissing everyone off after a warning Just type three words /silence "name" 
If they are very toxic or griefing just go ahead and kick them. If ur nice and giving to many chances they are gonna really push the boundaries and not listen. U should have seen how retakes was when I first came lmao. When I join I instantly hear toxicity and after people see me they stop. This happens with most experienced guards and managers and should hopefully happen with u too soon

Some servers are toxic indeed; not enough Guards/Admins. Just get familiar with the people and they will stop as soon as you join...
