Increase the freeze time to enable a safe bomb plant.

I think the freeze time, in which you are able to plant should be longer. I can give some prime examples why, i.e. the short plant spawn on Mirage. If you're spawned there and plant. By the time you're done planting someone is already able to run around the corner on short and kill you. Another thing why it is necessary is, all the other players are able to move but you're still planting. Which would make it hard to get in a good position to defend post-plant and it gives the other players an advantage over you.

Hmm... from what I've seen it takes 2 seconds until you can plant. So a freeze time of around 6 would be perfect.

You can plant after 2 seconds. I doubt it if I change it to 6.... will do!
