New server idea. (Innocent HvH)

I have a server idea. A legit non-bannable HackVsHack server! But, no one actually has the cheat, it's giving to them by some server plugin. Just like the holiday event, where every round has a unique mode. Here are some examples:-​

1. [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]Wallhack round[/font]. (Everyone can see everyone with that x-ray thingy you get as a spectator in live matches or replays) 
2. [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]No recoil round[/font]. 
3. [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]Aimbot round[/font]. (I don't know if a plugin for that exists) 
4. [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]Bunnyhop round[/font]. 
5. [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]CRAZY[/font] [font="Exo 2", sans-serif]round[/font]. (Everything is enabled)
