New !ws

Due to some player feedback, the new !ws needs to be changed, selecting Choose a skin for this weapon still takes you to a list of all the weapons and the knife skin section titled "None" seems unpolished and finding say Lore on a karambit, where on the old one the knife would be in the title, the new system would say "Lore (01)" making it difficult to get a skin that fitted.
