Normally we as staff member have x-ray when we are in spectator mode, then we can really see if they are locking on to targets. In this video we don't know if he is aiming at someone through the wall or if he is intentionally making himself fishy and just pretending to aim at someone through a wall.

Exactly. All I'm saying is we can't be 100% sure he's cheating. But I'm only global and faceit lvl 8 xD. Trust me this guy is just trying to act fishy. If he was cheating it would be a bit more obvious and he wouldn't fail so hard...
