On Retake 1 the teams are always 5 vs 5. 
On Retake 2 the teams are always 6 vs 4.

Confirmed!

I changed Retakes #1 to have 50% of the players to go T. To see if it's fair now.... so far as I can see, the T's are too strong now?

Yeh, since T got the advantage of camping they are to strong.
Happy you know it was on :)
