As many of you may have noticed, the Store website has received an update for the community's first year celebration event.
The purpose of this update was to review the VIP purchasing system. The direct purchase of VIP right is no longer available and is replaced by a system of packages.
Now to have a VIP access, one must choose from one of the packages. These packages do not only offer VIP access but also include credits and other benefits.
The implementation of this new system has been very successful and we hope it will continue.
In addition to this change, the Token virtual currency is no longer used. This decision was made to make the procedures faster and clearer.
For those to whom they still have tokens, you can contact Lhaas or Cooky to arrange a refund.
Finally, after several complaints, you can now ask for partial reimbursement of Store items that are no longer available. It is true that when the list of items changes by the withdrawal of some or the passage of others for ViPs, you are not reimbursed items that you bought before. From now on, you can contact Lhaas to see items that you want to be reimbursed.
