You are currently not able to buy vip with csgo skins, you can however put your skins on a site like opskins and get it on your paypal.

During the transaction there was an error and the admin of the site ( a site to cashout skins ) told me that paypal isn't available in my country soo I had to get them on my skrill account, will that be possible ?
